Pyroguard
The Pyroguard range of fire-rated glass products cater to various requirements for protection and safety. The Pyroguard range includes products with thicknesses ranging from 7.2mm to 27mm, designed for different levels of fire resistance and applications (Fire Glass UK). Pyroguard fire-rated glass is classified based on its performance in terms of integrity, integrity & radiation control, and integrity & insulation, which can provide protection ranging from 30 minutes to up to 180 minutes.
Pyrobel
Pyrobel is multi-laminated fire-rated glass known for its fire resistance and integrity. The Pyrobel range includes various specifications such as Pyrobel 16, Pyrobel 25, and their enhanced versions, Pyrobel 16EG and Pyrobel 25EG, each tailored for specific fire protection needs.
Pyrodur
The Pyrodur range includes various thicknesses such as 7mm, 10mm, 11mm, 13mm, and others, each with specific fire resistance and integrity ratings. For example, Pyrodur 7mm has a 30-minute fire protection rating (EW30), while thicker versions like Pyrodur 13mm can offer up to 60 minutes of integrity (EW60) and insulation (EI30) (Fire Glass UK). The Pyrodur 7mm and 11mm versions are particularly notable for their ability to turn opaque in the event of a fire, providing a barrier against hot gases and flames.
Pyrobelite
Pyrobelite is a laminated fire-rated glass with clear intumescent interlayers. These interlayers transform into opaque screens in the event of a fire, blocking flames and reducing heat transmission. The Pyrobelite range includes various specifications, like Pyrobelite 7/9EG and Pyrobelite 12, designed to meet different fire protection requirements.
